Waited at check in for several minutes while there was plenty staff. Awful service! Room was noisy due to elevators, vending machine and poorly insulated windows (could hear trains, planes, automobiles and boats from room)! ...read more

Hotel was a good price, rooms were clean. Elevators were dirty and could use updating. Soda machine on 4th floor not working, no snacks for sale. Coffee available in lobby for free during checkin was moved into restaurant the next morning and cost $2! Shuttle service to casinos was a convenience at $10 rt. ...read more
