The room was nice and the housekeeping staff was awesome.
No internet as promised and a very unfriendly front desk clerk.
Check in was good and the room was nice, however the front desk crew could use some customer service training, the housekeeping staff knew how to deliver in this area maybe they need to do some cross training. Comfortable, spacious room and shuttle to/from casino.
Bar/restaurant understaffed on Friday night (1 server).
Convenient to cross sound Ferry (Orient Point, NY/New London, CT). Shuttle available to Mohegan Sun casino. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel is not in the nice area of town.
AC in the room was not working properly, room decoration was not attractive.
