Sheraton Atlantic City Hotel

Friendly staff; very accommodating to your needs. Spacious, clean rooms.

When I checked into this hotel I noticed a few things. I asked for a king-size bed that was 10.00 additional per night. I asked for a refrigerator because of my diabetic father and that was 10.00 additional a night. I had to pay 20 a night for parking and it was not even their own private garage. The hotel has a small gallery that is dedicated to Miss America's past winners. That was nice. The hallway carpet was light and there was dirty carpet throughout the hotel. This made the hallway leading to the room look like I was in a 2 star hotel. When I got into the room it was a musty odor and I had to spray room deodorizer. I had adjoining rooms with my family and that was a nice perk. The bed was comfortable and the flat screen television was equally nice. The next morning, the cleaning women came in to clean my room and I went over to my family's adjourning room. We keep the adjoining doors open and were able to see the cleaning women clean. She did not clean she just removed the towels from the bathroom and made the bed. I wonder if that how they always clean because this is want they did each day and called that cleaning. ...read more

We got an amazing price for this hotel at priceline -less than half of the price the rooms advertise for, and much less than the other hotels in AC. For the price, we expected the hotel to be less than nice, but it was incredible. Everyone in my party was shocked. ...read more

Rooms had gums on the carpets. Pool was not clean. There were no activities for the children. No casino in the hotel and far from Boardwalk to travel by foot. Close to public transportation.

We had a fabulous time! The room was spacious and the view was great. Only downside was the pair of socks we found under the bed, that didn't belong to any of us. I had spoken to a staff member on the phone before our arrival who was a little rude, but every member we met while there was the exact opposite! The concierge had great meal recommendations and the front desk staff was helpful in all our mini dilemmas (6 girls need more than 3 towels!). This hotel would work well for a weekend stay with a pet. No luxury for this price. While hotel staff are helpful, the quality of cleaning and prep of rooms is very poor. Found old food in our room, handles came off in bathroom, coffee and toiletries weren't available and had to be requested. ...read more

The Sheraton in Atlantic City was an amazing hotel. I actually liked the fact that it was very modern, clean, airy, and very nicely decorated compared to some of the places that overdue in Atlantic City. I was at ease as soon as I walked into the beautiful lobby. I was there with 5 other people for a bachelor party and we all enjoyed the place. I was the one who booked the room and for the price I really felt we lucked out. I always suggest Priceline to all of my friends and family for the exact reason I am filling this survey out. I always end up getting a place that exceeds my expectations and it's exciting to gamble on the negotiate price method. Puts some fun into booking a hotel which could otherwise be boring. Again, I suggest the Sheraton in Atlantic City to anyone who is traveling there. ...read more
